Returns
We want you to be happy with the item you choose. However, if it doesn't fit or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
The refund is carried out in accordance with Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules , approved by Government Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014.
Return conditions
- The item must be unworn, unused and undamaged ;
- All labels, packaging and protective films (if applicable) must be intact ;
- The product must not have lost its marketable appearance ;
- Before returning an item, you must contact us by email to receive a return form and instructions.
We reserve the right to not accept returns if the item has been used, damaged, improperly packaged, or returned without prior approval.
Return process
- Contact us by email at silkcashmerebyre@gmail.com - please include your order number, product and reason for return.
- You will receive a return form and shipping address information.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the funds to the same bank account from which the payment was made within 14 calendar days .
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
